It has the function of static conducting and overfill prevention
and is to be used in the loading system of liquid chemical products.
It can be interlocked with automatic control system, when the
liquid level reaches the sensor or there is ineffective grounding,
it will send out acousto-optic alarm and output signal to stop the
valve and pump to prevent overfill and ensure static grounding.
